Returning Damaged Merchandise
If your product was damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
Retain the product in its original, damaged packaging.
Note the extent of the damage on the freight bill.
File a claim for damages with the freight carrier.
Contact ICP, Inc. to obtain a return authorization number if the merchandise needs to be returned.
Returning Defective Merchandise
(Not Damaged in Transit)
If your product is defective (other than damage incurred during shipping), follow these steps:
Notify ICP, Inc. to request a return authorization number.
ICP will issue a UPS call tag for pickup. Please package the item in its original container if possible.
The defective item will be repaired or replaced at ICP’s discretion.
Please note, defective items can only be returned for repair or replacement—not for credit.
